We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result of the ticket bot, the utilities bot is completely deleted and banned by discord? Anyways everything is back up, we are looking at the new bots status

We encountered an additional issue that completely removed both the ticket bot and the utilities bot from our system, causing them to be entirely non-functional at this time. Our team is actively working on restoring both bots and expects them to be fixed later today. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will add a replacement bot from another server to ensure services remain available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
